      Communities

North Naples is an unincorporated area in Collier County. Neighborhoods in North Naples include Naples Park, Pelican Bay, Coco River, Pine Ridge, Vanderbilt Beach, Four Seasons, Coco Beach, and Vineyards.

Within these neighborhoods, there are countless residential communities – some gated, some not. Most of these planned communities are less than 20 years old, though there are several older, non-gated communities that are highly sought-after due to their large lots and low HOA fees.

Here are just a few of North Naples’ communities:

      • Delasol: Just off Livingstone Road, this gated neighborhood features Mediterranean-inspired homes, lakes, and nature preserves. Amenities include a fitness center, tennis, clubhouse with pool and spa.
      • Willoughby Acres: With homes built between 1968 and 2012, this non-gated community has a relaxed atmosphere. Most homes have a pool and screened-in porch.
      • Wilshire Lakes: This beautiful, gated community had single-family homes, as well as condominiums. It has a clubhouse, heated pool, spa, tennis courts, a fitness center, nature trails, and bike paths on 245 acres of land.
      • The Villages of Monterey: Built-in 1990, this planned community of over 400 homes is ideal for families. The property is broken into 4 interior neighborhoods with their own distinct ambiance. Here, you’ll find a 58,000-gallon swimming pool, playground, three tennis courts, a clubhouse with a library, and a fitness center.
