East Naples was one of the first areas outside the city proper to be developed, so houses in this area tend to be a little older. Many homes in this neighborhood are in planned, gated communities, making it a great choice for retirees.
Golden Gate Estates is one of the most affordable spots in the Naples metro area. It is still largely undeveloped and a perfect place for people who want to spread out a bit. If you want a chicken coop or envision riding around your property in a 4-wheeler, this is your neighborhood.
