- The entrance to Monterey is located on Orange Blossom Drive, between Goodlette-Frank and Airport-Pulling Roads in Naples, Florida.
- The nearby schools that residents send their children to include Pelican Marsh Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle, and Barron Collier High School.

Gatehouse
Peace of mind is what you can expect as a Monterey resident. The entrance of this community has a gatehouse with security personnel that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents have their own transponder that allows them to easily enter the community with a click of a button.
Clubhouse & Library
Residents can enjoy the beautiful clubhouse facility which includes its own set of amenities. Sit on the large patio and soak in the lake views, catch a show on the large-screen TV or choose a seat in the library and enjoy a quiet read. The clubhouse was recently renovated 3 years ago.
Fitness Center
You don’t have to worry about where you’ll exercise since The Villages of Monterey includes a fitness center. Pick your choice of workout equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, stair steppers, stationary bicycles, multi-position weight stations, and free weights. There is something for everyone!
Playground Area
Located near the clubhouse, the playground is sure to bring lots of fun and memories. With swings, climbing stations, slides, and more, your kids will be requesting lots of playdates at the park. This playground is also padded with a soft surface of mulch to ensure protection and safety.
Swimming Pool
Dip your toes or get ready to make a splash in the 58,000-gallon fresh-water pool. You’ll never have to worry about the water being cold. This community swimming pool is heated to 85 degrees, and it also has three marked swimming lanes in the center of the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty but the pool is kid-friendly ranging from three feet in the shallow end and goes as deep as six feet. Open from dawn to dusk, you can enjoy morning laps, an afterschool swim, or private swimming lessons for kids.
Tennis Courts
Do you have a tennis buff in the family? The Villages of Monterey offers an excellent tennis program along with lessons available for all levels of play and ages. Located at the clubhouse complex are three exceptionally maintained clay tennis courts. Residents are asked to make reservations to play, and the hours are 7 AM to 10 PM.
